Is a photo booth worth the expense?

Whatever the occasion, you want your guests to have a memorable experience. What better way to remember the experience than with a customized photo? With both print and digital copies, this party favor is sure to have your guests talking about your event for a long time. So is a photo booth worth the expense? Definitely, but only you can answer the question of whether or not the expense is worth it to you.



Can I do my own photo booth?

Considering doing your own photo booth without hiring a professional? Of course you can do it. The question then is whether or not you want to do it. To create your own photo booth you just need to find a good place at your event venue to set up. Once you have a location chosen, you'll need to get a good backdrop, some props, and added lighting. Probably the most expensive step is providing the camera for taking the photos. The most technologically difficult part is finding an easy way to share the photos with your guests so they have something to take home with them; whether it is in print or digital or both, you need to somehow get the photos into the hands of your guests. Can you do all of this on your own? Sure. What will the result be? You'll likely end up spending more money, more time and more energy for a subpar experience and product. Better to leave it to the pros so you can focus on other aspects of your event.

What are the space, venue, and power requirements for the photo booth setup?

Our photo booth requires a minimum 10' x 10' area and a minimum 8 ft ceiling for the backdrop. A three prong power outlet must be available within 25 feet and the ground must be level. If it's an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter away from the direct sun, rain, and wind will need to be provided. If your event is outdoors during daylight hours, a shelter will be required. Please contact us for any concerns.

What do you require to book the photo booth?

Payment is required to secure your rentals and your selected date. We ask for the total balance of your rentals but can do 50% if you prefer that. The remaining balance will be due 14 days before your event. If an event is reserved within 14 days, then the full payment will be needed to secure your reservation.

How far in advance should I reserve a photo booth?

It's a good idea to reserve a photo booth 3-6 months before your event. We can accept reservations up to 12 months in advance. We'll try our best accommodate any last minute reservations based on availability but all rentals are on a first come basis

What size are the photo prints?

Our photo booth is capable of printing high quality photos in sizes

4 x 6 or 2 x 6 strips.
